There are more and more expats in Berlin and not many hypnotists or hypnotherapists around who can help with this extremely effective method. Hypnosis is a highly effective method. In combination with modern brain research we have the most effective and fastest approach for treating depression, anxiety and deal with negative emotions. No digging in the past, no dwelling on your relationship with your mother. However, this approach means: you can get rid of that shit, but I need your commitment. To do the work every day, to do the necessary changes. Then you get get healthy again. I use a combination of hypnosis, tools of modern brain research and ACT-therapy (a modern and very well research form of behavioral therapy). For me the most effective approach. If you want to quit smoking or lose weight- wonderful, hypnosis is also a beautiful, elegant and effective method. And I can tell you why it is so powerful: most therapy methods work with the conscious mind. But by understanding something consciously (to give you a clear example: we all know that smoking is dangerous and it is still hard to quit), quite often nothing really changes to a a degree that we can say: great, now I feel much better. So, if the conscious mind, and that includes our willpower, doesn’t really change things around, what it is then? You guessed it- our subconscious mind that rules our world over 95% of the day anyway, our autopilot. It does what we feed it with and doesn’t question if it’s good or bad. So a lot of things can happen in our lives where we feel helpless and would like to know a way out. We want to feel better by being able to change what needs to be changed, by gaining new perspectives on former unsolvable problems, or by getting out of stuck positions. I am still often amazed myself at the magic outcomes of hypnosis and the tools of modern brain science…
How long do I need and how does a session work?
The length depends on your issue, of course. Most issues take no longer than four 1,5 hour sessions (including anxiety and panic attacks). It depends on your cooperation. If you want to quit smoking one single session of 1,5 hours is enough.
I will not leave you alone. I give you input for self-help and offer you the possiblity to always contact me at no further costs via telephone or email if something comes up during the course of the therapy and for some time after.
